Newcastle City Learning (NCL) is Newcastle City Council's adult and community learning provider. We will help you develop the skills and knowledge you need for work. We also offer Apprenticeships, Study Programmes for young people, and work with employers. If you have a business we can help you recruit apprentices and train your staff.
